         Smartphone and other digital devices have help individuals keep in touch with their loved ones, doing their works, entertain themselves and perform daily tasks but using it too much can lead to phone addiction. What are the effects of this in individuals especiallyy childrens whose fond of playing gadgets everyday? Excessive phone usage can lead stress, sleep disorder, sleep disturbance, increasing obesity and can have a blurry vision. It can also lead to an imbalance in brain chemistry that triggers anxiety and depression.
